Committee Reports:

Welcome Committee: A number of new homeowners have been welcomed recently. Please continue to notify the Welcome Committee of all new arrivals.

Island Committee: Anne Leason reported that there has been no vandalism lately. Several homeowners commented on how they enjoyed the recent Hallowe’en lights at the front entrance.

Beautification Committee: Dave Cook reported that he had two estimates from earlier in the year to clean, repair, and paint the perimeter wall. Estimates range from $11,000 to $7,500.  It was decided that we should get a third estimate and Anne Leason will provide a contact.

Membership: Dave Cook will obtain address labels from Seminole County. Anne will take care of the invoices, envelopes, and stamps.

Risa will create flyer which will be delivered approximately two weeks before the event and Anne will put the signs out. The budget will remain the same - $150.

Annual General Meeting: A short business meeting will be held right after the Santa Express party. This will be advertised in the flyer and on the sign.

Garage Sale: The date was set for Friday and Saturday, April 20th and 21st, 2018

Memorial Day Flags: The Board voted to distribute Memorial Day flags, along with a flyer, before Memorial Day, 2018.
